DCDD is a coalition of persons (individual members) and organisations (institutional members) working or interested in the field of disability and development co-operation. DCDD has an extended structure of volunteers, existing of several work and advisory groups on themes as education, CBR, HIV/AIDS.

DCDD’s mission is to work for the inclusion and social participation of people with disabilities who live in situations of poverty and exclusion, from the perspective of human rights and solidarity.

Core targets:

* Awareness-raising regarding the position of people with disabilities and support for inclusive development cooperation policy

* Exchange and cooperation between people and organisations who are active in disability and development cooperation

* Innovation and change of policy towards inclusive development cooperation
