The Board is elected by the General Assembly every two years and is the main decision making body in between the General Assemblies; it meets twice a year in person and is authorised to decide on all matters of an administrative nature, with the exception of matters which fall under the authority of the General Assembly. The Board reflects the diversity of IDDC and the different competencies of the IDDC member associations.
