Making health equity for persons with disabilities a priority at the 2025 Global Disability Summit – a call to action
In April 2025, the third Global Disability Summit (GDS) will be held in Berlin, co-hosted by the governments of Germany and Jordan as well as the International Disability Alliance. GDS 2025 will include a focus on inclusive health, providing an opportunity to deliver new, measurable and ambitious commitments to strengthen health equity.
To help drive recognition of and commitment to health equity for persons with disabilities at GDS 2025, IDDC’s Inclusive Health Task Group have prepared calls to action for government, donors and development partners.

We will publish the call to action with the full list of organisations who have indicated their support by 24th of March and disseminate widely.
