AbleChildAfrica is unique in that we work exclusively with and for children with disabilities and their families in Africa, and are the leading UK charity to do so. 

AbleChildAfrica’s mission is to promote the realisation of equal rights for children with disabilities and their families in Africa and to facilitate their meaningful inclusion in all aspects of life. 

AbleChildAfrica works alongside our partners to deliver direct services for disabled children and their families.  We are firmly committed to local ownership and to African led solutions to local challenges, as such each partner is firmly in charge of their own strategy and activities.  Key areas of intervention for disabled children and their families include education, health, family engagement, community based rehabilitation, livelihoods, sport and awareness raising.
