Founded in 1966, the International Federation of Anti-Leprosy Associations (ILEP) is a Federation of 13 international non-governmental organisations united to create a world free of leprosy. The Triple Zero campaign contributes to this goal by focusing on three key areas: Transmission, Disabilities and Discrimination.

ILEP members work in 65 countries and support a technical commission of world experts on leprosy.
