block_icone=&#8221;343&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>A human-rights-based approach<\/strong>.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means that the laws and projects<br \/>\nthat are made and implemented<br \/>\nmust respect the human rights of persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n<div id=\"ConnectiveDocSignExtentionInstalled\" data-extension-version=\"1.0.4\"><\/div>\n<p>[\/apus_text_img][apus_text_img block_icone=&#8221;403&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Equity and equality.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means that persons with disabilities should have the same opportunities<br \/>\nlike persons without disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>There should be no discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>We can do this if there is equity between all people.<\/p>\n<p>This means that the support provided<br \/>\nis based on the needs of a person<\/p>\n<div id=\"ConnectiveDocSignExtentionInstalled\" data-extension-version=\"1.0.4\"><\/div>\n<p>[\/apus_text_img][apus_text_img block_icone=&#8221;213&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Empowerment of persons with disabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means that laws and programmes should include persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Persons with disabilities can speak up for themselves.<\/p>\n<p>They are in the best position to explain what they need or<br \/>\nhow laws and programmes should be made.<\/p>\n<div id=\"ConnectiveDocSignExtentionInstalled\" data-extension-version=\"1.0.4\"><\/div>\n<p>[\/apus_text_img][apus_text_img block_icone=&#8221;262&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awareness raising and capacity building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It means making sure that politicians and people who make decisions<br \/>\nknow what disability is.<\/p>\n<p>They should also know how people with disabilities<br \/>\ncan take part in making society better.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone in the country should be aware of this as well.<\/p>\n<div id=\"ConnectiveDocSignExtentionInstalled\" data-extension-version=\"1.0.4\"><\/div>\n<p>[\/apus_text_img][apus_text_img block_icone=&#8221;242&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means that we should also share experiences<br \/>\nand good practices with countries that receive money.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s very important if we want inclusive development.<\/p>\n<div stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means that all people who work on projects for inclusive development<br \/>\nshould work together and share information among them.<\/p>\n<div
