We are looking for a consultant to design a child-friendly and disability-inclusive survey (10 questions max) and draft a final report based on survey findings.  The consultant will be working with https://accessiblesurveys.com/ to design the survey.

The survey will need to be complete by 12th February 2024.

The final report on the survey results should be complete 29th March 2024.

The deadline for submissions is 25th January 2024 and interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held between 29th and 30th January 2024.
