The annual State of Civil Society Report is produced by CIVICUS. It analyses how contemporary events and trends are impacting on civil society, and how civil society is responding to the major issues and challenges of the day. The 2013 State of Civil Society report draws from nearly 50 contributions made by people active in civil society all over the world – from our members, friends, partners, supporters and others in the CIVICUS alliance. IDDC contributed to the report with the chapter “The rights of persons with disabilities: promoting full and equal participation”.
