AIFO is the organisation that was born to fight against leprosy and now defends everyone’s right to health, inclusion, peace, happiness and freedom.

It is an ETS and NGO active in International Cooperation, it contributes to the strengthening of health systems by making them inclusive, since 1999 it is a non-state actor in official relationship with WHO.

AIFO has always been concerned with Inclusion and Care because we believe in “Well-being for all”.

The association believes that every person has the right to live well, where they are. It acts every day in the world and in Italy to give the most vulnerable access to medical care and social inclusion.

Thanks to International Cooperation projects and the activities of groups and volunteers in Italy, AIFO fights against inequality and discrimination.

It collaborates with communities, local institutions and other partners to respond concretely to the needs of sick people, people with disabilities, children, women and men in situations of fragility and disadvantage.
